This Grant Agreement is between the State of Oregon acting by and through its Department of Education and Linn Benton Lincoln Education Service District.
The purpose of this grant is to provide funding to assist in meeting students’ mental or behavioral health needs and to increase academic achievement, including reducing academic disparities for student populations.
This Grant is effective and has a Grant funding start date as of July 1, 2026.
