This training provides an overview of the new CRDC investigation screens available in Synergy. These screens support districts in documenting and tracking allegations of harassment and bullying that fall under Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) reporting requirements.

The new Investigation screen is designed to capture information throughout the investigation of an alleged CRDC violation, while the Student Investigation screen maintains a historical record of a student’s investigations. Although these screens function independently from the Discipline module, they are integrated to streamline workflows. If an allegation is confirmed through the investigation process, users can create a discipline incident directly from the Investigation screen, eliminating the need to re-enter information.

By the end of this training, you will understand the purpose of each screen, how they work together, and the process for documenting investigations and creating discipline incidents when appropriate.

Please note: If there are not at least two registrations within 24 hours of the training, this session will be cancelled.
